Limited Product Warranty for New Fi Collars

We provide a limited one-year product warranty, from the initial purchase date, (the “Warranty Period”) for Fi collars that meet our warranty conditions, as further described below (the “Fi Warranty”). If you purchase your Fi collar directly from tryfi.com and experience any technical or hardware issues with your Fi collar module or base within one year of purchase, please contact us at support@tryfi.com, and our support team will try to assist you with troubleshooting and potentially replacing the collar and/or base or providing you with a refund. Please note that repair, replacement, or refund is at Company’s sole discretion. Any replacement Fi collar will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period or 30 days, whichever is longer, or for any additional period of time that may be required by applicable law.

The Fi Warranty is only offered to the original purchaser of the Fi collar, only covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, and only applies to the initial purchase of new Fi collars directly from tryfi.com. The Fi Warranty does not cover products that have been resold, misused, serviced, altered, or damage from wear and tear; any cosmetic damage (such as scratches and dents); or any damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, mishandling, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes.   The Fi Warranty also does not cover any of the software embedded in any Fi collar, any related services provided by Company, or any third-party products or accessories. For issues related to third-party products, please contact the applicable manufacturer. It is your responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the Fi collar. It is likely that such data, software, or other materials will be lost or reformatted during warranty service, and Company will not be responsible for any such loss. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law. As may be required or permitted by applicable law, Company may require you to furnish proof of purchase details and/or comply with other requirements when you are making a warranty claim.

To the extent permitted by law, these are your sole and exclusive remedies for any defects with the Fi collars. If any term contained herein is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.
